Fue compañero y amigo de Vilches en la Facultad de Medicina, luego se hizo médico militar y lo destinaron a la República del Congo, lo que le llevó a vivir situaciones extremas en el campo de batalla.

Buscando una vida personal más estable ha vuelto a España.

Con su llegada al Central, Vilches y él han retomado su amistad, pero el trabajo en África le ha vuelto una persona tajante, recta y rebelde ante las injusticias, con una gran personalidad. Cualidades que parecen poner en peligro el poder que ejerce Vilches, por su personalidad, sobre sus compañeros.
